For those members who prefer ‘face to face’ communication, the Fund’s office is situated on Castle Street in Liverpool City Centre (next to Andrew Collinge Hairdressers) and is easily accessible by public transport from all areas of Merseyside. Their is even a bus stop right outside our front door.
Private interview rooms are available for members who wish to discuss confidential matters.
Appointments can be made to discuss specific pension options or problems and if necessary, appropriate staff can visit a workplace or home in cases of special need.
