 A Short-Term Survivor's Pension
Deceased's Career Average Pay (payable for 3 months* after the deceased's date of death) FOLLOWED BY**
A Long-Term Survivor's Pension
1/2 x Pension the deceased would have received had they retired early due to ill health on the date of death.

*Payable for 6 months after the deceased's date of death if there are eligible children in the care of the deceased's widow.
**If the deceased had at least 3 months total membership of the LGPS
