Also included in your pre 1 April 2014 benefits are the following:
If you are buying extra LGPS pension by paying Additional Regular Contributions (ARCs)
If you are buying extra years in the LGPS (Added Years)
If you are paying
Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVCs)
arranged through the LGPS (in-house AVCs) and elected to take the contract out before 1 April 2014
If you are paying for extra life cover through AVCs
If you are paying additional contributions to
buy extra eligible cohabiting partner’s survivor benefits
